Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Time

Most orders are delivered within 8–10 business days, depending on the product ordered and your shipping destination.

Please note that some products may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

CD Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find an appropriate solution.

International Shipping

At this time, CD Clothing ships only to locations listed at checkout. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
